POLICIES

Hello and Welcome. PLEASE READ LISTINGS AND POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING. Estimated turn-around time is about 4 - 8 weeks for wings to be ready to ship.
** Please note I no longer send the straps, but include the instruction card if you chose to attach your own straps/elastic.
Please contact me if you are in a rush for wings or need them for a certain date. I can let you know if I will be able to get them to you on time. Thank you for your understanding!
I recommend not booking photography sessions or events before receiving wings.
*** Please contact me for turn around time. Depending on wing size and detail, times may vary. For large wings it can be 4 weeks or more for creation and then consider shipping time (approximately 4-10 business days) (I can not be responsible for orders held at Border Customs). Rush orders are not always possible but please contact me and I will do my best to help you ***

Due to the nature of the material there may be minor "imperfections" caused during heating process. This gives them their unique and realistic appearance.
The clear iridescent wings have a special finish that makes them more durable, and will not wrinkle and will not need to be reheated. They are made from film so they are in nature somewhat fragile, I do try to make them a durable as possible. The iridescent wings with color details have a layer of vinyl which makes them even more durable.
PLEASE be careful with weather conditions. Although they are quite durable for what they are made out of please keep in mind that they are wings made of film which is like a thin plastic. Very cold weather or hot weather/temperatures may cause damage, or going from one temperature into another.
**Because wings are costumes there are no refunds or exchanges, but please if you have any concerns feel free to contact me.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Feel free to contact me for other possible shipping options such as extra insurance or tracking. Not all shipping includes tracking. I can not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, any added taxes or duties, or unexpected delays in shipping.
Please contact me for International shipping rates (Outside Canada and United States). International shipping rate listed is an estimated cost; if actual price is more/less the price will be adjusted accordingly. Tracking, extra insurance (greater than $100), and faster shipping times may be available, for additional costs., please contact at time of purchase if needed. Average shipping time in Canada and the United States is delivered within 6 business days... (this is once the wings are finished of course). ** Also please understand that once they have left my hands at the post office I can not be responsible for shipping times and customs hold ups and duty charges.
RETURN/REFUND

As these are costumes there are no refunds or exchanges. Please contact me with any concerns.
For any custom orders on Layaway or payment plan: Final payments must be paid in full within 30 days of order completion. After 30 days order will be cancelled and downpayment/first payment will not be refunded.
Orders are not shipped until they are paid for in full.

PAYMENT

All custom orders will not start creation until the order has been purchased and payment has gone through; and will then go in line up to be made. If you have any questions or concerns about time if you need them for a certain date, please let me know and I will try my best. Orders may take 6- 8 weeks or longer.
All payments must be paid in full within 30 days of order deadline/completion date or order will be cancelled and no refund will be given on first payment/downpayment.

Wings are designed for adult wear and photography, and are not intended for small children.
